This online revision course is designed to support candidates taking the 3 day Level III exam offered by the Italian National Register of Experts in the Sensory Analysis of Honey.

The course is very practical and focuses on developing the skills of sensory analysis and essential memorisation of the 18 standard Italian monofloral honeys as required to pass the blind tasting exam.
