Join us for a delightful evening of indulgence at the our Valentines Guided Honey Tasting Experience! Get ready to savour rare varieties of honey from different floral sources from Scotland and across the globe.

Immerse yourself in the world of honey with one of the UK’s foremost experts.  Dr Gino Jabbar is a Scottish Honey Judge and Member of the Italian National Register of Experts in the Sensory Analysis of Honey the equivalent of a Sommelier in the honey world, with only six Experts in the UK. With Honey tastings with accredited honey sommeliers only available in Edinburgh, London and Northampton these experiences are highly sought after.

During the experience, you’ll have the opportunity to sample 5 artisanal honeys. Unlike honey that is readily available from most retailers artisanally produced seasonal honey varieties convey distinct flavour and are nothing like you have tasted before. Each of our 5 honeys are radically different from each other and also have their own unique story. When we taste each honey we will discuss: the experience on the palate in detail, botanical origin, terroir, the bees & beekeeping and savour the honey as part of a specially arranged food pairing.

By the end of the experience you will know more about honey than majority of the public, and beekeepers.

Finally you will enjoy a special discount should you wish to take some jars of our Edinburgh and Lothians honey varieties home for further savouring.
